Of the existing timber chalet for short-term letting ancillary to the existing music studio together with ancillary site works

For development which will consist of; a) replacement and change of use of existing derelict sheds to provide 5 No. artist studio spaces b) reconstruction, extension and change of use of existing haybarn and lean-to to provide a main studio space with kitchenette, dining area and w.c. and c) replacement of existing substandard septic tank with a proprietary wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter together with ancillary site works

RETAIN changes made to the layout and elevations, including increasing the roof height of the existing dwelling, accessed by means of a shared entrance and driveway from the public road, all with associated site works

For development which will will consist of: A) Construction of cattle shed to include slatted tanks and handling area B) Construction of a Straw Storage Shed, C) Construction of a Machinery Storage shed D) Construction of a Silage Pit and a Dungstead and all associated site works.
