Retain alterations to previously approved development constructed under planning reference no 648006 which includes (a) retain non-habitable attic floor space, (b) retain alterations to plans / elevations including increased ridge height of part of dwelling, (c) retain position of house, entrance and front boundary wall and associated site works

For RETENTION of (a) change of house type as built from 4-bed to 3-bed, granted under planning reg. ref. 21/58, comprising 4 no. two storey semi-detached dwellings. PERMISSION also sought for (b) 1 no. detached two-storey dwelling and associated works
