To (1) construct agricultural shed to incorporate bedded areas with external feed apron and (2) completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures

To retain (1) existing milking parlour building to eastern boundary of site boundary incorporating milking parlour area, dairy, plant room, medicine storage, drafting/cow dispersal area and external underground slatted washings storage tank, (2) retention of adjacent underground slatted slurry storage tank and full PLANNING PERMISSION is sought to (a) construct agricultural shed over existing slatted slurry storage tank subject to retention to incorporate slatted areas, cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages, (b) completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures

Demolish existing dairy, alterations to existing parlour and to construct new diary, parlour and roof over collecting / holding yard with underground slurry storage tank and all ancillary site works

To demolish existing calf shed & construct a slatted shed with underground slurry storage tanks and all ancillary site works

For renovation works and a proposed extension to the existing detached farmhouse. Site works will include the installation of a new aerobic-based domestic wastewater treatment system including vertical flow reed bed and constructed wetland

For the demolition of existing non-habitable buildings and the construction of an efuel research facility, provision of ancillary plant storage tanks, cooling plant area, new boundary treatments, alterations to existing entrance and internal access road, new wastewater treatment and percolation areas, attenuation pond, and all ancillary site development works.
