For development consisting of constructing a single storied dwelling house and detached domestic garage, installing a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area and to make a new entrance onto the cul-de-sac laneway along with all ancillary site development works

To revise the site boundaries and the site layout from that previously granted under Planning Reference no. 20/73 and which will include relocating the position of the proposed percolation area to the North side of the house and site along with all ancillary site works

Of (A) the construction of extensions to the sides and rear of existing single storied dwelling along with elevational changes. (B) the installation of a proprietary waste water treatment unit to the rear of the dwelling along with ancillary site works and PERMISSION to relocate the existing percolation area at the rear of the house along with all ancillary site works

To construct a detached domestic garage (in a revised position from that granted previously under planning application ref.no. 03/582) together with all associated site works

To construct a single storey family flat extension to the side of existing dwelling, decommission existing septic tank and install proprietary sewage treatment system and percolation area, form new site boundaries together with all associated site works

Construct agricultural shed and all ancillary site development works
