To retain all alterations made to floor plans, elevations and site layout plan of dwelling house previously approved under planning application ref. no. 05/830 & 10/184, including attic conversion to living accommodation, together with all associated site works

To carry out works to existing uninhabited dwelling house, the proposed works include refurbishing the existing building, extend the building at ground floor level, demolish part of the existing structure also at ground floor level, raise the dwelling to two storey in height by constructing a first floor extension, install proprietary sewage treatment system and percolation area, form new site boundaries and form new entrance from public road together with all associated site works

To construct a detached single storey pitched roof shed building with an extended roof to provide an outdoor covered storage area to the rear of the existing single storey dwelling and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development.

For alterations to previously approved planning permission ref 15/248 for, to demolish existing shed and construct dormer extension to rear of dwelling house and convert existing dwelling to granny flat, decommission existing septic tank and install a new O'Reilly Oakstown Baf Treatment System and raised bed polishing filter. Alterations for which this planning application refer are (1) rear extension to existing bungalow is now a single storey 2 bedroom extension and not a 2 storey 2 bedroom dormer extension, and now no part of the new roof projects above the roof level of the existing bungalow. (2) increase in floor area of the proposed extension from 160m2 to 188m2. (3) Position of rear extension in relation to existing bungalow revised, and now no part of the new extension is visible form the front of the existing bungalow. Works to be carried out as per previously approved planning permission ref. 15/248 (4) demolish existing shed (5) convert existing dwelling to granny flat with link to the new extension (6) All ancillary site development works

Increase existing childcare facility placements to 20 placements operating from dwelling house and to upgrade existing sewage system to an oaktown treatment system with an ecoflo filter and polishing filter on site off cul-de-sac
