Of revised dwelling layout, from that previously granted and revised site boundaries (ref 062993 refers), all as constructed

To RETAIN the position and reduced size of the detached domestic garage as constructed instead of that previously granted under planning ref. P19/354 and planning PERMISSION for the following changes to the dwelling house as granted under planning ref. P19/354 to; i) omit the chimney from the dwelling house and ii) to change the window sizes where indicated including all ancillary site services and works

To construct a new dwelling house, detached garage and proposed waste water treatment system including site services and all ancillary site works.

To change the proposed house plan only as granted under Planning Permission P19-445 i.e. same type of house but smaller and have stone to Back Elevation (North) and front porch only. The location of the house, entrance, sewage treatment system, bored well and garage/shed for domestic use will not change

To construct a dwelling house, entrance, sewage treatment system, bored well and grange/shed for domestic use

For to erect a dwelling house and garage, entrance to public road and driveway and install an effluent system and percolation area and all associated site works.
