For development, the development consists of the construction of an underslat tank, dairy store and associated site works

For a new part single storey, part two storey dwelling house with garage and associated landscaping boundary walls, fences, entrance, and all associated site services and works

For proposed development which will consist of 1) Extension to the retail shop to the northern elevation of the existing shop including retail area, ancillary offices, staff facilities and external façade signage; 2) Construction of an agri-chemical store as an extension to the western elevation of the existing storage building; 3)_ Construction of a covered garden centre area; 4) New concrete yards areas, customer car parking, boundary treatments; 5) Relocation of one of the existing site entrances from the public road to facilitate the siting of the new extension to the retail shop; 6) Free standing illuminated totem sign; 7) Proprietary wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site development and drainage works

For development which will consist of: 1. The removal of the front boundary wall to provide vehicle access for private parking purposes with suitable surface finish, 2. And all associated site works

For a new single storey dwelling house, new domestic garage, new site entrance adjacent to the existing site entrance to serve the existing neighbouring dwelling at Kincora House and all ancillary site works above and below ground

For a change of use from an existing commercial unit to a Preschool at the premises known locally as the "Supermarket", R464, Parteen Village, Co. Clare. Works to include the following: 1. Changes to the existing front elevation ( West facing Elevation ) to include the removal of all existing roller shutter blinds and fitting a new natural stone cladding. 2. The provision of 2 pedestrian safety barriers on the footpath outside the proposed Preschool. 3. The provision of a new pedestrian gate to the existing West facing boundary wall, 4. The provision of new doors and windows along the existing South and East facing elevations. 5. Replacing all existing signage with new signage to reflect the nature of the proposed preschool. 6.
