For the construction of an extension to an existing dwelling, relocation of the sewerage treatment unit, revision of site boundaries and the construction of a garage and planning PERMISSION to install the percolation area granted under P00/1309 and construction of the northern and part of the eastern site boundaries in sod and stone along with all associated works

To upgrade, renovate and extend existing dwellinghouse with ancillary site works to include upgrade of existing sewer treatment system and revise and widen existing entrance

To erect dwelling house, foul sewer treatment plant, percolation area and new site entrance

For the following works a) to alter and extend an existing dwelling house b) to install a proprietary wastewater treatment system c) the filling of lands with inert material for improved agricultural purposes along with ancillary site works

Of the following which are at variance from that granted under Planning Ref. P97/805. (A) Revised location and finished floor level of existing dwelling plus 3 no. enlarged windows on norther gable and wheelchair accessible ramp to front elevation. (B) Revised location, design and finished floor level of existing private garage. (C) Revised site boundary. (D) All associated ancillary siteworks
