For development consisting of erection of part single storey, part one and three quarter storey dwelling, attached domestic carport & garage, new entrance piers, effluent treatment system, percolation area & associated site works

To erect new dwelling house, domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls, piers with sewerage treatment system & percolation area

To make alterations to previously approved development (planning Reg. No. 17/279)

For changes made from previous planning reference no. 04/2680 at Drummullan, Cavan, Co. Cavan, H12 FC66 by Dermot & Gillian Madden to include the following: West (Front) Elevation: (i) Addition of an arch over the front door. (ii) Relocation of two chimneys externally to both gables. (iii) Addition of a chimney internally at the apex of the roof. North (Left) Elevation: (iv) Addition of a window to the first floor Bedroom 1. East (Rear) Elevation: (v) Construction of a new living area at ground floor level. (vi) Extension of Bedroom 3 at first floor level and addition of a balcony. South (Right) Elevation: (vii) Addition of windows to the first floor, including Bedroom 3, Bedroom 2, and its ensuite - And all associated site works
