Planning precedent report

For proposed development consisting of i) Works to facilitate infill and re-contouring of the subject lands to facilitate use for agricultural purposes, ii) All associated works and services. The application relates to an activity requiring a Waste Facility Permit from Cavan County Council which will be applied for separately. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To carry out the following works to an existing single storey community hall building (1) To demolish and re-construct existing building / structure, to include new extended areas to side and rear, and (2) Install a new mechanical wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

For 1) The demolition of existing agricultural shed; 2) Construction of a part two storey part single storey type dwelling with integrated domestic garage; 3) Installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment unit and polishing filter; 4) Completion of all associated and ancillary site works

To construct a slatted house with underground slurry storage tanks and all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To make further alterations to previously approved development (Planning Reg. No. 16/49) comprising of the following: (1) to modify layout & location of new milking parlour, dairy, collecting & return yards with associated underground soiled waters holding tanks, (2) Revise site boundaries and relocate new meal silo, concrete aprons and new laneway, and (3) to demolish existing dairy & parlour building and to extend new covered yard, together with all associated site works

For development consisting of (1) retention of alterations and amendments made during construction to floor plan layouts and elevations of storey and a half type dwelling and detached domestic garage, (2) retention of revised site layout all from that previously granted under planning reference number 07/93 together with PERMISSION to (a) construct a single storey extension to side of existing dwelling to incorporate a sunroom area and (b) complete all ancillary and associated site works
