Development at a site at the entrance to the Tullow Wastewater Treatment Plant, Bunclody Road (N81), Tullow, Co. Carlow, R93 RY69 measuring approximately 0.14 hectares. The development will consist of [1] the retention of the existing ‘as built’ wall to the north and south of the site entrance to the Tullow Wastewater Treatment Plant; [2] the demolition of part of the ‘as built’ southern wall, fence and hardstanding; [3] the construction of a new realigned section of wall, concrete hand standing and fence to tie in with the remainder of the ‘as built’ wall, footpath and fence; and [4] hard and soft landscaping works and other associated site development works above & below ground necessary to deliver the development

Development at a site entrance to the Tullow Wastewater Treatment Plant, measuring approximately 0.0605 hectares. The development will consist of works to improve the visibility splay at the ertrance to Tullow Wastewater Treatment Plant, including; demolition of the existing boundary fencing; construction of new retaining boundary walls and new boundary fencing and the provision of a new grass verge along the N81. The development will also consist of the: relocation of existing road signage; relocation of utility and light standard poles; all hard and soft landscaping; and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground including changes in level and boundary treatments
