To construct a 3 storey laboratory and office building in-lieu of previously approved laboratory building granted under planning reference no. 19/374, realignment of existing access road and provision of car parking spaces together with all ancillary site development works

To erect a portal frame extension adjacent to existing veterinary pharmaceutical factory for the purpose of storage, all associated works and exit on to public road by way of new entrance, previous ref 15/24

For development consisting of (1) Demolition of existing storage area of 326m2, (2) Construction of a new two-storey laboratory extension of 436m2, (3) Construction of a new warehouse/manufacturing area comprising of 890m2 of warehouse space and 200m2 of manufacturing area and (4) All associated site works

For the construction of a single storey building to side of existing premises to house 2 no. stabilisation chambers associated with product testing and development together with all ancillary site development works

To consist of (1) Retention of the revised location of a portal frame product storage shed from the position as granted under planning reference no. 20/209 together with minor dimensional and elevational changes and will consist of (2) Permission for the construction of an extension to the said product storage shed, the provision of a covered link portal frame storage building together a reinforced concrete retaining wall to rear of existing veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing facility together with all ancillary site development works

For development consisting of the installation of a photovoltaic solar array to be mounted on the rooftop of an existing industrial building. The proposed development includes the provision of approximately 1500m2 of photovoltaic solar panels, mounting frames, inverters, electrical cabling and all associated ancillary infrastructure
