Planning precedent report

For the development which will consist of the erection of a 2.39m high paladin fence measuring 30.4m in length and located along the northwestern boundary of Rockmount Water Treatment Plant

For the development comprising a water storage reservoir at the water treatment plant site in Leeds, Miltown Malbay Co Clare. The development will comprise the construction of a 16m diameter circular precast concrete storage reservoir for potable water. The Development will also include the decommissioning and demolition of the existing steel tanks, buildings and storage reservoir. New boundary walls and fencing will also be constructed along boundary of the site, as well as associated ancillary works and other enabling civil works,

To demolish an exiting extension and construct a new single story extension to the rear of dwelling house along with ancillary site works

To construct an extension on the Northwest side of the existing school consisting of a G.P. Hall and ancillary site works

The development will consist of the replacement of existing substandard dwelling with a new dwelling house and the replacement of existing septic tank with a proprietary wastewater treatment system and polishing filter together with ancillary works

To build a Dwelling House, Garage, install a Wastewater Treatment system & all other associated site and ancillary works
