For the construction of a single storey extension to side of existing dwelling to include hallway, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite and playroom, including internal alterations and elevational changes to existing dwelling. Also PERMISSION is sought for the demolition of existing boiler house, playroom and sunroom to side of dwelling including ancillary site works

For front & rear extensions to dwelling house.

To RETAIN the change of use of dwelling house previously sub-divided into 3 apartments back to a single private dwelling, extension to the side, elevational changes, widening of the entrance drive and all ancillary site works

For development which will consist of: 1. Construction of a single storey, flat roof front extension to consist of a master bedroom, bedroom, family bathroom and WC. 2. General Remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling to suit the proposed layouts including modifications to existing patio steps to basement area. 4. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented
