To demolish an existing dwelling and out buildings ( previously granted under ( Planning Permission Ref: P11-71 ) and construct new dwelling house, relocate and upgrade existing septic tank and percolation area to include packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, reopen existing blocked up site entrance and all ancillary site works

To construct a boat house and entrance plus all ancillary site works

To demolish existing sunroom, construct a replacement sunroom and alter the size and height of existing bay window and all associated site works

The extent of the development includes: an amendment to the granted permission Planning Ref No. P25/60043, to include the construction of a chimney stack, (reduced in size), as part of the granted house extension.

For an amendment to the granted planning permission (Planning Ref No. P25/60258), to include the construction of an additional 3.5sqm extension to the rear, and the construction of a roof light on the front elevation on the first floor of the main house.
