To retain alterations to existing development previously approved and commenced under planning reference no. 02/1417 which includes (a) alterations to site boundaries (b) conversion of first floor attic to habitable space (c) alterations to floorplans/elevations including increased ridge height and rooflights to rear elevation of existing dormer dwelling

For 1) to RETENTION of the existing 30m high telecommunications support structure carrying antenna and dishes, communications cabins and associated site works including solar PV panels contained within a chain link fenced compound previously granted permission under reference 10/351 AND, 2) PERMISSION to install additional antenna, dish equipment to the support structure including ground equipment cabinets and associated site works

To retain (a) two storey residential extension to northeast side (rear) of existing dwelling with alterations to floor plans and elevations including front porch of previously approved permission, Planning Ref No. 08/50 together with (b) PERMISSION for two storey residential extension to west side an associated site works

For the construction of a single storey sunroom extension to existing dormer style bungalow dwelling, internal and external alterations to existing dwelling and all ancillary site works
