The development will consist of a 23sqM single storey extension to the side/west, and a 30.5sqM single storey extension to the rear/north, new rooflight, and alterations to existing windows and to site works and services

To alter and extend existing dwelling house. The works involve the following; a) to construct front and rear single storey extensions. b) to alter the internal floor layouts c) to alter the site entrance along with associated site works

Of the development which consists of: i) construction of bedroom extension to existing south facing gable, ii) provision of rooflights to wc & utility area, iii) change of elevational treatment to ancillary garden store/home office, as previously granted permission under planning reference 15/729, and all associated works

And PERMISSION for development at Armada House, Spanish Point, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare which is a protected structure (RPS No. 025). The development consists/will consist of:i. The retention of 1 no. bay window (5 sq. m) to the southeast of the residential amenity rooms (Stable Rooms); ii. The retention of a single-story extension to the rear of the house (16.5 sq.m); iii. The retention of a timber pergola located in the internal courtyard; iv. The retention of widening works to the car park to the north, associated concrete post and rail fence and 3 no. external lampposts; v. The retention of c. 95 sq. m of wooden cladding along ‘Marian Way’; vi. The development of a porch extension (20 sq. m) to the west gable of the house; vii. The development of a porch extension (5 sq.m) to the east of the courtyard; viii. The replacement of an existing window with a door to the east of the kitchen to provide access to the internal courtyard; ix. The replacement of an existing door with window to the west of the internal courtyard; x. The replacement of existing window with a proposed fire escape door to the east of the courtyard and, xi. Internal alterations to provide for a toilet facility (20 sq.m) to the northwest of the internal courtyard as well as the provision of a new door to the east elevation and the alteration of an existing door to a window to the north of the internal courtyard.

For development at Armada House, Leagard South, Spanish Point, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare which is a protected structure (RPS No. 025). The works involve installing an external fire escape stairs in the internal courtyard, replacing two existing windows with two doors to allow for access onto the external stairs, a roller shutter over an existing window in the courtyard and to move the boiler house door to the side elevation along with associated site works
