(4) The removal of the existing entrance to the site and access way to existing garage. (5) The removal of the existing 54m² Garage. (6) A new vehicular entrance, entrance pillars, stone wall and gates, new access road to new main entrance, all new landscaping and associated site works

Proposed new 4m wide gate entrance and access road to the existing Oakhill Cricket Club with new stone wall & pillars to match the existing shared entrance and to include ancillary works

Footbridge from existing rear doorway to accommodate disabled access and fire escape, bridging across open ditch to garden, (Protected Structure)

Demolition of existing rear and side extension, new 39.5 sqm single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling, new 37.4 sqm single storey extension to side of existing dwelling, new 3 sqm porch to front of existing dwelling, removal of existing septic tank and installation of new wastewater system and soil polishing filter, new well, blocking of existing entrance and opening of new entrance onto public road and associated works
