The construction of a dormer style extension to the rear elevation of my existing dwelling, a domestic garage, new entrance, secondary treatment system & soil polishing filter, connection to services, and all associated site works

Development will consist of alterations and additions to an existing two storey dwelling to include 1. demolition of existing uninhabitable two storey side extension and existing rear porch 2. Change of use of existing single storey stone agricultural outbuilding to residential use 3. new two storey extension to the side and single storey extension to the rear 4. new agricultural entrance to main road 5. new wastewater treatment system and all ancillary site works

For development for alterations and a single storey extension to an existing dwelling and all ancillary site works

To existing single storey dwelling for the following,- (a) change of use for an existing adjoining outhouse to a proposed domestic bedroom and bathroom, (b) material alteration of existing outhouse metal cladding roof to a proposed slate finish, (c) proposed single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling, appropriate waste water treatment system, exterior and interior alterations, and all ancillary site works

For the construction of 3 No. 10m long x 8m wide sludge drying reed beds and associated site works constructed within the boundary of the existing Myshall Wastewater Treatment Plant, Myshall
