No. 22/419 for new universal accessible entrance on the north side of the building including external platform lift, steps and the breaking out of new entrance in the gable wall together with all ancillary works. Provincial House is a Protected Structure (Reg. 4000108).

For change of use of existing Car Garage & Shop to new indoor market, food hub, food collection point & all ancillary works

For conservation works to the fabric of the existing protected building including walls, windows, thermal upgrade of portion of building envelope, upgrade of mechanical and electrical installations, demolition of rear return, construction of 3 storey extension to west (rear) of property, conservation and refurbishment of internal rooms and all associated site and landscaping works. This building is within the Farnham Street ACA and is listed as a protected structure as per Appendix 20 (Dev. Plan. Ref. No. 15) of the Cavan County Development plan (2022-2028)

For alterations to the previously approved planning application (Planning Ref: 23/60105) at St Augustine’s Hall. Farnham Street, Cavan, Co. Cavan. Alterations include changes to the layout and elevations of the 3-storey extension to the west (rear) of the property and associated alterations to site layout and landscaping works. This building is within the Farnham Street ACA and is located within the curtilage of protected structures: Cavan Presbytery Ref: CV0452 and Cathedral of Saint Patrick and Saint Felim Ref: CV0453 as per Appendix 19 of the Cavan County Development Plan (2022-2028)

For change of use of the existing ground floor of the 3 storey over basement Provincial House building from use as a cafe to health therapy treatment facility. Works will consist of internal modifications in layout and renovations including the upgrading of floors/ceilings at ground and first floor levels to provide fire protection. Provincial House is a Protected structure (Reg - 4000108)

The following works to Provincial House, a protected structure (register no. 40000108) to include i) the change of use of the existing ground floor of the building from previous banking/financial/office use to use as a café; ii) internal renovations/modifications at ground floor level of the building including the provision of new disabled WC and upgrading of existing ceiling to provide additional fire protection; iii) provision of new disabled access ramp (including new opening in rear (north-west) facing wall to provide new entrance door from ramp) to side (south-west) elevation of building; iv) provision of new fixed signage on front (south-east) elevation of building; all along with connection to existing services
