To renovate an existing derelict dormer style dwelling to include raised wallplate/roof, with single storey extension to rear and two storey dormer style extension to the east side of existing building, private well, bio-cycle and percolation and all ancillary site works

Of refurbishment and alterations of the existing single storey cottage on the site and includes for the construction of a single storey side & rear extension with a new front entrance door to the North-East elevation of the new extension. The proposed works also include for a proprietary effluent treatment system & percolation area and associated site works

To construct 1 no. poultry house together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development

Of (1) alterations and amendments made to elevations and floor plan layout of existing bungalow type dwelling and detached domestic garage (2)revised site layout from that previously granted under planning permission ref. number 10/324 and ancillary site works

For Retention of: 1) elevation and floor plan alterations to original two storey dwelling to include raising the dwelling, two storey extension to the rear of the two storey dwelling, internal redesign layouts (2) Removal of existing septic tank and soak pit and placement of sewerage treatment unit and percolation area, (3) all ancillary site works
