Of the following: 1) front porch to existing dwelling 2) elevational changes throughout, 3) boundary wall replacing existing steps 4) new domestic shed, plus all ancillary site works

Of (a) change of use from shop to residential on part of ground floor together with alterations and fenestration changes as constructed (b) rear extension as constructed (c) rear shed together with all associated site development works, boundaries and services as constructed
