To construct a new part two-storey dwelling & part single story dwelling house with detached domestic garage, form new vehicular site entrance onto existing laneway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

To retain existing domestic garage and alterations to front elevation of existing dwelling and all associated works

To construct a five bay shed which will consist of slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath, cubicles and all associated site works

To construct a new single storey dwelling house, form new vehicular site entrance onto existing laneway, installation of approved proprietary waterwaste treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works

For construction of a split level bungalow type dwelling to incorporate domestic garage at lower basement level, formation of new site entrance onto existing laneway, installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and completion of all ancillary site works

To retain the following works to new dwelling house under construction (Planning Reg. No. 20/116). (1) as constructed single storey extension to side of dwelling house, and (2) relocated detached domestic garage
