To erect a single storey games room on the grounds of The Station House. This proposed building is within the curtilage of a recorded Protected Structure

To carry out the restoration and essential repairs to the building known as 'The Goods Shed', also to convert same to 4 No. fully serviced, self-contained apartments and domestic storage space. Works to include erection of parking and bin storage structure, form site entrance, install sewerage treatment facilities and all ancillary siteworks. (This building is a Recorded Protected Structure)Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

To erect domestic garage, also RETENTION to retain storage containers and fencing round existing enclosure

To construct 1 No. slatted livestock house with underground manure storage tank, 1 No. Dairy/Parlour and associated collecting area, and, silage pit(s) together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works (to include new/upgraded site entrance) arising from the above proposed development

To A) retain 1 No. slatted shed (with integrated dairy/parlour and ancillary structures/facilities) and PERMISSION to construct 1 No. additional slatted shed (with integrated dairy/parlour and ancillary structures/facilities)(in lieu of developments of similar nature previously approved under Planning Ref. 19/161), and B) 1 No. ancillary storage shed, together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the above development
