Additional entrance door on east façade, 1 additional window on the south façade and 1 additional window on the west façade. Relocation of the sewage treatment system, associated modifications to the originally approved drainage layout and associated driveway modifications at the above address

To construct detached dwelling, detached domestic garage, incorporate wastewater treatment system/percolation area, entrance walls and piers and carry out associated site works

To demolish existing rear outhouses, alter & extend existing single storey dwelling, improve existing road entrance access, connect new works to existing site services & all ancillary site works

To erect fully serviced vehicle service workshop, extended yard, HGV parking and extended staff park with boundary treatments and all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement, as required under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive, will be submitted in respect of this application
