For the erection of a fully serviced two storey extension to existing school incorporating 4 no. classrooms, relocation of existing temporary classroom accommodation, alterations to site layout and all ancillary site works

To construct new roadway & entrance junction along the L2543 Cavan Town Eastern Access Road/ Cock Hill Road, alterations to existing public roadway to include new right turn lane and footpath, safety barrier, public playground area, pathways, public lighting, landscaping, boundary treatments and all ancillary site works. Significant further information & revised plans have been submitted

To retain a single storey prefabricated building containing 2 classrooms and all ancillary site works

Make alterations to site layout and boundaries to include for additional parking, also permission sought to increase pupil numbers from 75 to 130, alterations to north-west elevation of previous approved planning (ref 18/551), relocate existing field gate entrance, temporary parking spaces at rear of the school during construction works and all associated site works

To partially demolish existing library to front elevation of existing school building and construct new single storey assembly/sports hall extension and all associated site works

For change of use of existing residential convent building to educational school building with associated alterations to elevations, alterations to site entrance and car parks, new basketball court and recreational areas and all associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
