All associated site works including reconfiguration of forecourt to include car parking, HGV and coach parking, new HGV fuel pump with canopy over, underground storage tank, refill point, vent pipes, new car wash, outdoor seating, outdoor play area, boundary, treatment, 'welcome' and 'exit' signage, Main ID sign and landscaping. The number of existing entrance points will be reduced from 3 to 2 and the entrance which is to be closed will be replaced with new kerbing and bollards. The existing agricultural entrance to the south will be relocated further south. Also, provision of a pumping station with new foul rising main to connect to public foul network at off-site location. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
