The works involve the following (a) to change the use of an existing commercial premises into residential use and to extend into the existing residential area (b) to demolish an area at ground and first floor level at the rear and replace with new constructions (c) to alter the internal floor areas of the property (d) to alter/revise the external elevations along with associated site works. The development is located within an architectural conservation area

For development which will consist of the installation of balconies to the first and second floors, solar panels on the roof, all to the rear/east elevation and replacement sash windows. This is an Architectural Conservation Area.
