For RETENTION for the removal of the roadside boundary to form a new vehicular entrance. Planning PERMISSION is sought for (1) to form a new vehicular entrance off the public road and new roadside boundary (2) The construction of a single storey pitched roof detached domestic garage (3) new waste water treatment plant and soil polishing filter and (4) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development
