For extension comprising 2 No. Apartments (1 No. 2 bed apartment and 1 No. 1 bed apartment) in a separate building to the existing Coast Lodge Guesthouse & Restaurant, with modifications to the existing site entrance and boundary wall setback to provide a public footpath, removal of existing on site waste water treatment system and a new on site waste water treatment system and all associated site works

To construct a guesthouse, 3 no. individual holiday cottages and proprietary waste water treatment system along with associated site works

For development which will consist of the construction of a detached four car domestic garage with attic storage space over and rooflights all to the rear garden of the existing single storey dwelling.

For the construction of an extension to existing dwelling to comprise of utility & toilet (to replace existing), kitchen, playroom, wet room, relaxation room and garage with internal modifications to dwelling including ancillary site works
