For design changes to the house design permitted under Plan Ref: P11/479 (as extended by P16/521) to land at Tarmon West, Kilkee, Co Clare. Changes include but not limited to revised floor plans, elevations and fenestration, additional home office space 23m2 to North West side, additional basement area 14m2 and access driveway now arriving to fist floor and all site services and landscaping works

To construct Agricultural Slatted Unit plus all ancillary site works

To (1) part demolish, renovate and extend existing dwelling house to include raised roof ridge height with first floor accommodation plus elevational changes, (2) upgrade and relocate foul sewer treatment system, (3) construct new vehicular entrance to former railway line level crossing gate, (4) part adjust existing ground levels plus all ancillary site works

For construction of shed within the curtilage of the existing site of the dwelling house along with all associated ancillary works
