To construct an agricultural slatted shed to incorporate underground slurry storage tank, concrete apron and associated site works together with retention permission for existing entrance and laneway at Aughersakilla, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan

(1) to retain works carried out to existing part storey and half/part single storey type dwelling from that granted under previously granted under file ref: 00/1284 and all ancillary site works. (2) to retain basement domestic storage area with external balcony and staircase to rear yard area (3) to retain external elevation and internal floor area layout amendments (4) all ancillary site works

For alterations and extension to existing dwelling

To construct underground slurry storage tank with slatted and solid passage areas at ground level, (2) Complete all ancillary site works and associated site structures
