Planning precedent report

To (a) convert the attic to residential accommodation; (b) to make elevational alterations to the existing house, including the provision of additional windows & sliding doors; (c) to make alterations to the existing boundary walls and driveway; (d) all associated site works & services.

For proposed alterations to existing front, rear and side elevations ( new doors and windows layout ), including proposed velux windows to attic, conversion of attic space to bedroom, new front porch, new section of boundary wall, new gates, proposed storage shed to rear of house, additional parking space on driveway and associated ancillary site works, all within existing site boundaries

To convert the attic space to residential accommodation to include the provision of roof windows and to change the material of the balcony railing to the front elevation of the dwelling house.
