Of the converted shed for use as a spare bedroom for the occupants of the main dwelling, for PERMISSION to extend the shed with a linked storage area and a new building for use as a hobby room /pottery shed and all associated and ancillary site works

To RETAIN the change of use from Domestic Garage to Additional Montessori School Area and all associated site and ancillary works

(ii) patio walls to rear of existing dwelling. (iii) domestic garage / storage building as constructed. (iv) alterations to site boundaries an all associated site works

For development which will consist of (1) PERMISSION for a new dwellinghouse and domestic garage / garden store (2) New sewage treatment system (3) Construct a new entrance onto the public road and (4) All associated site works and services
