For development, the development consists of the construction of a slatted unit and associated site works

For development of a livestock slatted unit and a manure pit with associated ancillary site works

For the following development: 1. Permission to demolish existing single-storey extension and shed walls at rear of existing dwelling, provide new single-storey link building to connect existing cottage to the sheds being converted to dwelling space, also permission to construct new porch to front of existing cottage. 2. PERMISSION for conversion of existing sheds into habitable area. The converted sheds will be connected to the existing cottage via new single-storey link. PERMISSION to replace and upgrade the roof structure on converted sheds. 3. PERMISSION to extend existing roadside boundary wall, and consturct new entrance piers at existing entrance. 4. PERMISSION to convert existing shed to a garage and upgrade roof on this shed. 5. PERMISSION to demolish existing barn and retain existing rear wall to form future green house area / garden space. 6. PERMISSION for new percolation area and associated treatment unit, and all ancillary site works, all within existing site boundaries
