To retain the following: a) the extension to the dwelling house b) the increase in the roof height and elevational alterations of the dwelling house. c) the second site entrance and front boundary wall as constructed d) and for PERMISSION for a new proprietary wastewater system along with associated site works

To demolish an existing porch and to construct a sunroom to the southern and western elevation

Proposes to carry out the following development: i. The reinstatement of a 1500mm diameter concrete surfacewater drainage culvert from Lough Donnell for a distance of 45m to the sea. ii.) All ancillary site works associated with the reinstatement of the culvert. In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out and has determined that a full appropriate Assessment is not required in respect of the project. An Environmenal Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real liklihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development

Of the part conversion and change of use of a shed to a dwelling house and planning PERMISSION to complete the work and redesign the dwelling including an extension, elevational changes installation of new sewerage treatment system and percolation area, creation of new entrance and all associated works
