For the construction of a single storey rear extension to existing detached house with pitched roof, refurbishment of existing dwelling with main entrance door moved to the side, and a new wastewater treatment system all with associated site and landscape works

The following, 1. Demolition of existing single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling (29.81m2), 2.Material alteration of existing house to include, replacement of windows and doors, new slate roof, new external finishes as per drawings, reconfiguration of internal layout and removal of existing front door, 3. construction of new single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling (81.76m2) and single storey extension to side of existing dwelling (11.37m2), 4. new domestic garage (40m2) and all ancillary site works
