To carry out the following alterations to the existing dwelling, (1) Renovate existing two-storey dwelling comprising of alterations to elevations, internal fit-out works, (2) Demolish single storey extensions to side & rear, and construct new part single storey and part two-storey extension to side & rear, (3) Upgrade existing site entrance onto public road, (4) Upgrade existing septic tank to new mechanical wastewater treatment system, Ecoflo Coco filter & gravel bed distribution system.
