Planning precedent report

For completion of phase two of previously approved development works (granted approval under Planning Reg No 20/57). Phase One works have been completed and Phase Two shall comprise of the following: (a) New 2 story Club Rooms including 4 no. dressing rooms, meeting rooms, office space, and ancillary accommodation; (b) upgrading and widening of existing access road with a short retaining gabion stone wall section, entrance & public footpaths & lighting; (c) turnstiles and access gates; and (d) all connections and ancillary site works

For (a) New 2 story Club Rooms including 4 no. dressing rooms, meeting rooms, office space, gym space and ancillary accommodation; (b) upgrading and widening of existing access road with a short retaining gabion stone wall section, entrance & public footpaths & lighting; (c) flood lit synthetic grass training pitch and hurling wall; (d) turnstiles and access gates; (e) provision of all associated surface water and foul drainage services and connections and all ancillary site works

To (A) increase height of existing first floor walls of dormer dwelling to form two storey dwelling and amend rood design, (B) erect a single storey porch & bay window to front of dwelling, (c) erect a two storey extension of front and side of dwelling, (D) erect single storey extensions to side and rear of dwelling, (E) make alterations to existing floor pland and elevations and (F) all ancillary site works

For erection of first floor extension to side of existing dwelling, alterations to existing elevations, retention of additional floor area to granny flat (previously approved under planning permission no. 20/65) and all ancillary works

To erect; single story extension and erection of granny flat to rear of dwelling, alterations to existing elevations and all ancillary works

To retain and continue a change of use of previously approved office to beauty salon
