To extend the existing dwelling house & all other associated site and ancillary works

To RETAIN a stand alone studio building ancillary to existing dwelling house

For the development which will consist of the demolition of elements of the existing dwelling and the provision of a new single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling, internal and external alterations and refurbishment works to the existing dwelling, modifications to the roadside boundary wall including the closure of the existing pedestrian access and new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter together with all associated site development works

To demolish the existing haybarn and construct a dwelling in its place, install a wastewater treatment system and all other associated and ancillary site works
