To retain part of the original cottage dwelling, demolish part existing dwelling and outbuilding [inruin]; construct a new single and part two storey extension; replace the existing septic tank with an on-site WWTS; retention of the existing pedestrian and vehicular site entrances; general landscaping and external works; all as indicated on the application drawings

For development consisting of (1) construct walled silage slab, (2) construct extensions to sides of existing agricultural slatted shed to incorporate bedded areas, storage areas, cubicle accommodation, feed and link passages, (3) partially demolish section of existing detached storage shed and (4) complete all ancillary site works

For the construction of a detached single storey pitched roof domestic garage building constructed to the rear/side of the existing dwelling and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development

To construct a silage pit with retaining walls and also planning permission to RETAIN the existing calf shed and all associated site works

To construct (1) two storey and part one storey type house (2) domestic garage (3) new site entrance (4) proprietary wastewater unit and complete all ancillary works

Replace existing flood lights with new floodlights and carry out alterations to pitch side-line and all associated works
