The proposed development will consist of the provision of an extension for a lift enclosure and additional parking spaces

The demolition of one derelict dwelling and the construction of a three storey Primary Care Centre including General Practitioners surgery, HSE and Tusla facilities comprising consulting rooms, waiting areas, meeting rooms, offices and ancillary accommodation, Pharmacy Unit, Ancillary Retail Unit and plant rooms. The proposal also includes for ancillary site development works including site clearance, new site entrance off the R418, new boundary treatments, car parking, cycle parking, site lighting, hard and soft landscaping, 3 no. totem signs and signage fixed to the building elevations and all associated site works. For alterations to the previously proposed passenger lift addition proposed in the previously granted planning file reference 21/628. The alterations will include the addition of a lift lobby at Ground and First Floor, as well as the revision of the reception area layout and all associated site works

Modifications to the layout of the Primary Care Centre previously granted permission ( Planning Reference No. 18/583 ) comprising the material change of use of Ancillary Retail Unit ( area circa 96m2 ) on Ground Floor to additional HSE facilities comprising of clinical rooms, waiting area, staff tea room and sanitary facilities. The proposal also includes for an adjustment to the South elevation, external bin store area, hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works
