The development consists of retention of as-built variations to planning application Ref: 01/884; and will consist of the construction of a single-storey extension to the side/southeast; the construction of an 9.3 m x 7.3 m detached, single-storey pitched roof double garage to house vehicles and a biomass boiler with woodchip storage; and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground

Change of house type from that granted under Planning Ref. No. 15/205. The revised house type is a single storey dwelling with an overall ridge height as per the previous dwelling granted under Planning Ref. No. 15/205
