Install a new synthetic grass training pitch within the existing grass playing area as follows: strip off the existing grass sod, install land drainage pipes, new soakaway, stone sub-base and a new all-weather synthetic grass playing pitch surface

Amend granted permission application ref: 21/643 and subsequent granted permission application ref: 22/342 for development at Killenard, Portarlington, Co. Laois. The proposed minor amendments consist of providing additional floor area of 10m2 to house type C1, in the form of a single storey extension to the rear of the currently permitted house design, and associated alterations to the internal layout, external elevations and roof arrangement of the house which occurs at 9 The Green, Millers Hill, Killenard, Co Laois; and all associated site works.

Construct two traditional style cottages on plots 2 and 3 within the walled garden at Mount Henry Court. The proposed development will be accessed from the existing private drive, all to be connected to previously installed foul and surface water drainage on 0.76ha
