Permission to retain as built bungalow style dwelling house and domestic garage, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, all associated site works, the revised position of the site and site boundaries. As the position of all of these items of work and features differ to that granted planning permission under planning reference number 02/330.

New Pathways between car park and meeting house and school house building and lighting of same. Proposed new wastewater treatment system and percolation area. All associated works in relation to the above works.

Permission for development consisting of a redesigned two-storey dwelling and associated single car garage from the dwelling and garage granted under application number 2289, the repositioning of the vehicular entrance to the site and changes to the approved wastewater treatment system and polishing filter together with all associated site development works. All other aspects of the development to remain as previously approved. Significant further information received relates to moving the entrance back to the original position under 22/89.
