Site planning risk brief

To retain alterations made to dwelling house previously approved under planning application ref no. 01/804 and 03/1223, alterations for which retention permission is sought include (a) additional floor area at ground and first floor level by increasing the overall footprint of the dwelling (b) conversion of attic area to living accommodation and an increase in the overall height of the roof to facilitate same (c) revised garage design including attic storage area (f) together with all associated site works

To (1) demolish existing single storey rear extension and erect part single storey and part two storey extension to the side & rear of existing dwelling, (2) alterations to the existing building layout and elevations, (4) relocate existing site entrance (5) decommission existing septic tank and install new wastewater treatment system and percolation area (6) all ancillary site works - SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

To retain and continue with alterations to their domestic dwelling (previous approved planning permission ref: 20/305), to include alterations to the ground and first floor layouts, elevational changes and a revised site layout. PERMISSION is also sought to erect an attached carport to the rear of the dwelling

For a change of house type from previously approved dwelling, Planning Ref: 17/420. The proposed dwelling is part two storey, part single storey. The revised proposals also include alterations to the site layout plan including alterations to the proposed site entrance from that previously approved. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted
