The provision of flood lights and fencing to all weather training pitch

Sought to increase the number of children previously granted from 10 to 11 children (all children to be between 2-7 years old) in previously approved creche facility granted under 10/1225

(a) The omission of 36 No. two-storey houses on sites No. 35-70 granted under planning file Ref. 08/1152 and replaced with 49 No. houses consisting of 36 No. (three bedroom) semi-detached two-storey houses with optional fourth bedroom at second floor level and 1 No. (three bedroom) detached two-storey house with optional fourth bedroom at second floor level and 12 No. (three bedroom) semi-detached two storey houses. This results in an increase of 13 No. houses in this phase of the development; (b) Steel cladded storage shed in the rear gardens of each house and all associated site development works
