Extension (312.8 sq m) to the North (rear) and West (side) of the existing club house and for alterations to all elevations. Alterations include changes to the roof type and an increase in ridge height from 7.455m to 7.65m, increase of eaves height from 4.734m to 5.027m. A new butterfly rooflight is also proposed to be added to the extension of the building. Permission is sought for signage to the east (5.6sqm) and to the south (9.8sqm) elevations. Permission is also sought to decommission the existing Treatment system and install a packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works
