For construction of new dwelling house adjacent to family home revised under Planning Ref. No. 18/112, a sewage treatment system, separate driveway and entrance, and all associated site development works. Gross floor space of proposed works 244.45 sqm.

Of a domestic shed. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 52.20 sqm

Of an ancillary building to an existing dwelling house. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 66.27 sqm

For the construction of a new multi-purpose astro pitch to include all associated fencing, floodlighting, parking, revised entrance & related works. Gross floor space of proposed works 7,940.00sqm.

For the development consisting of: 1. Construction of a new two-storey clubhouse building including construction of a covered canopy between the existing dressing rooms and proposed clubhouse, 2. Minor modifications to elevations of the existing dressing rooms, 3. Minor internal modifications to the existing dressing rooms, 4. Landscaping and all ancillary works at the existing GAA Grounds. This application shall also include full retention permission for of the following: 1. Minor alterations to site layout including revised hurling wall position and minor adjustments synthetic pitch layout granted under planning ref 22/1013, 2.
