For construction of a 454 m2 agricultural building to consist of stables, associated storage and agricultural storage, comprising of a single storey above ground extending to 225 m2 and a single basement level extending to 229 m2, including access road, soakaway, and external landscaping

For construction of a 581m2 agricultural and vehicles storage shed comprising of a 270m2 single storey above ground with 41m2 mezzanine over part and a single 270m2 basement level, including access road, soakway, and external landscaping
